We are looking for a creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our growing team. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into stunning, functional spaces.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D/3D design concepts and presentations for residential and commercial projects
• Conduct client consultations to understand requirements, budget, and aesthetic preferences
• Develop space plans, material boards, and furniture layouts
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and procurement teams
• Manage project timelines and ensure quality of execution on site
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and products

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Portfolio demonstrating completed projects

About the Role

Create stunning photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs that help clients visualize their dream spaces before execution begins.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and virtual tours
• Work with design team to interpret 2D plans into 3D models
• Apply textures, lighting, and materials accurately
• Revise renders based on client and design feedback
• Maintain a library of 3D assets, textures, and furniture models

Requirements

• Experience with 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape
• Strong eye for lighting, composition, and realism
• Knowledge of interior design aesthetics
• Portfolio of 3D renders required

About the Role

Oversee on-site execution of interior projects, ensuring work is completed to design specifications, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with contractors and workers
• Ensure design drawings are followed accurately on-site
• Monitor material quality, delivery, and usage
• Report progress to project manager and resolve site issues promptly
• Maintain site safety standards and cleanliness

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Execution
• 3+ years of site supervision experience
• Ability to read construction and interior drawings
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

About the Role

Drive new business by building relationships with prospective clients, nurturing leads, and converting consultations into projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and website
• Schedule and attend initial client consultations
• Present Liventra's portfolio and services to potential clients
• Follow up consistently and manage client pipeline in CRM
• Coordinate between design team and client for smooth onboarding

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English
• Passion for interior design and architecture
• Target-driven mindset with a warm, consultative approach
