Refund, Returns, & Cancellation Policy.
1. Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not shipped or in production
stage.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation charges
may apply.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Wrong / Product Damaged:
If wrong, damaged, or defective product is received, please inform our support team immediately and
report
within 3 days of delivery.
3. Return & Replacement Policy:
Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged items, manufacturing defects, wrong item
delivered,
or significant mismatch from description.
Return/Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
4. Product Condition & Return:
Product must be unused, in original condition, with packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
Inspection
may be required before approval.
5. Refund Policy:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method / bank transfer
/
UPI. COD refunds via bank transfer
6. Non-Returnable Items:
Customized items, used products, damaged-after-delivery items, clearance/sale products, and items
without
original packaging are not eligible.
7. Warranty Policy:
Selected products may carry limited warranty for manufacturing defects only. Wear & tear, water
damage,
misuse, unauthorized repair, and natural wood movement are excluded.
8. Delivery Policy:
Free delivery applies to first attempt only. Re-delivery charges may apply. Ground floor delivery
may apply
where no lift exists. Extra charges may apply for urgent/weekend deliveries
